    Choose a custom doll or a handmade outfit. Check the listing for included pieces, body size and available options.

    Let the making begin

    Every doll and outfit is made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your piece to be created before dispatch.

    A little joy, on its way

    Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 10 days. Your little dream is one step closer to home.

Am I ordering a doll or an outfit?

The doll room features custom dolls; the little wardrobe features clothing. Please read each product’s included-items list carefully. A doll shown wearing an outfit in a clothing listing is not included unless the listing explicitly says so.

When will my order be ready?

Both custom dolls and handmade clothing require 3–4 weeks of production after you order, followed by approximately 10 days for delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

How do I choose the right clothing size?

Check the compatible doll bodies and size options on the individual product page. If you are unsure, contact support@umberloomstudio.com with your doll’s body type before ordering.

Can I ask about a special detail?

You are welcome to contact support@umberloomstudio.com before ordering to discuss a detail you have in mind. Please wait for confirmation of what is possible; available options depend on the item.
